AutoScout is a vehicle sourcing service for licensed used car dealers. We identify underpriced listings from online marketplaces and, upon your request, act as an intermediary to contact sellers and negotiate on your behalf.
Listings are sourced from third-party marketplaces. AutoScout does not own, inspect, or warrant any vehicle. Market value estimates are algorithmic and provided for reference only — they are not appraisals. Vehicle availability, condition, and seller responsiveness are outside our control.
AutoScout's fee structure will be communicated to you before any transaction is finalized. No fees are charged for browsing or submitting offers.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We collect only the information needed to operate the service (name, email, dealership info, phone). We do not sell your data to third parties.
AutoScout is not liable for any losses arising from vehicle condition, failed transactions, or third-party marketplace changes. Our total liability is limited to fees you have paid to AutoScout in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
